DIET EGGPLANT DUKAN

INGREDIENTS:


an eggplant
a garlic
Salt and pepper

How to prepare:

Take the eggplant, and make three incisions on each side of eggplant with a knife. The incision or cut should be a centimeter or less in depth. In each incision insert a peeled garlic clove.
Enter the eggplant well prepared in the oven at 240 ° C and leave it until you see the skin cracks and creaks.
Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise. Salt the inside of the pepper to taste and eat eggplant pulp.
This recipe satisfies us a lot and it is advisable to eat it before other foods to suppress hunger.
